Need help upgrading PC. Which power supply should I get?

I've decided not to rebuild my PC from scratch since that would cost too much money and I'm basically only upgrading it to be able to run GW2 properly. So I decided to upgrade my CPU, change my mobo, graphics card and add 2 GB of RAM.
Current CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E8400 @ 3.00GHz (2 CPUs), ~3.0GHz
Going to replace with: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116504
Current mobo: Not too sure about this, just have this printscreen: http://i43.tinypic.com/x1zjpx.png
Going to replace with: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131837
Current GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460
Going to replace with: http://www.amazon.com/Sapphire-Radeon-PCI-E-Video-100315L/dp/B0047ZGIUK
And finally going to add this (RAM): http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231203
Now I would like to know if I made a mistake in any of this (as in some pieces not being compatible with each other) and if you think something about my upgrade should be changed for whatever reason, please tell me since I'm not that experienced in PC building. Also need to know which PSU to get since I'm not really sure how to determine which one to go for.
Budget is anything ranging from 300-800 just for these upgrades. Also if you play GW2 and have any knowledge about what makes that game run well (since I know it's still not fully optimized), I'd like to know what your build looks like.
Thanks in advance.
Theres not much point to staying a gen behind in terms of graphics the 6850 was midrange and won't be that great. If anything go with a 7850 and if you can get a 7950, theres nothing wrong with the 6000 series its just its almost two years old now...
your basically replacing everything except the case, lol. A Seasonic, Rosewill, Corsair...ect 650w power supply will be all you need
You will have to get DDR3 RAM such as http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145324
Get any decent power supply 450w or more
