Right now I'm downloading a rather large torrent (CM10), and I am wondering if Bit-Torrent can continue downloading something, from where it left off, after a restart. I've had my computer on for about a day downloading it, and I want to restart it just to free up RAM.

Yes, I believe torrent programs allow you to do this.
