He was going to get the i7-860 which is on 1156 socket.
Oh, I didn't really notice. I was just skipping around since (with my addictive nature) I was about to play Modern Warfare 2. Get the i5, if you're going to get the i7, go with the 920 or above.

I was planning on putting in a 5870 instead of the 5770 but the one you posted couldn't be added (Yes I tried to jack yours) so the 2x 5770 was on the top of my head.

Liquid Cooling will help with Heat... But I'm not that experienced with Liquid Cooling.. I only have one build with Liquid Cooling and I had to read a crap load of tutorials online to actually get it to work right. But, I did build it myself.
so what would you recommend as far as liquid cooling is the one i linked ok?

Liquid cooling isn't technically needed as Quantuam is saying.. It's more for Show or for Extreme Gamers. With a i5, Not really extreme. Unless you intend to do some extreme overclocking... some fans and a good after stock CPU Cooler will do. I.E Megahalem
