Hey guys, you might remember my thread last year about me making a gaming computer. I remember there being a lot of high-quality help and feedback from you guys, so thanks again for all that. My friend was looking to get a new computer too, he has a $850 budget for the whole thing and wants the best computer he can get out of it.

Stop posting this build everywhere, its horrible. Especially on this budget.
Strikers changes make it good.
Though the case is horrid and the monitor isn't much better.
The build with striker's modifications look good, but if the case and monitor are bad to you guys, can you find comparable ones that are good quality? But otherwise great job guys, and thanks.

For monitors I would really go to a store and look at them. Its pretty much impossible to tell the quality from the specs alone because there arren't any standard testing methods.
Example:
-600:1 contrast on one screen can mean something different than 600:1 on another depending on a whole range of factors.
-Somtimes tv's and screens from the exact same model number have different panel in them. (especially samsung)
-ms is sometimes measured with greys and sometimes blacks.
