Right, when I attempt to boot my laptop up it turns on but the screen remains black for the entire duration it's on. Now it's happened before but usually would fix itself after 1 or 2 restarts, recently the past two times I've turned it off it's either taken an hour to get the screen or BIOs to boot up and right now neither of the two are working. Any ideas to what I might be able to do to get the damn thing to start working again? The laptop in question is a Dell Latitude E6530.
Does it actually boot? Or does it hang.
If its the first case, try connecting a seperate screen.

It turns on but, I have no display, oddly enough I took the bottom panel on and observed what I saw,and the fan isn't coming on. What might cause that?
