I don't think you quite get it. They are blaming retailers for it not being on PC.
It could just be me, but the Ghost Recon series on PS2 was pretty crappy imo.
UbiSoft would be far more successful in the PC market, especially within the real online gaming community that is "in the know" if they fucked off with their "uPlay" bullshit and would stop releasing their games on PC nearly 7 months after the console counterparts.
