I keep having this happen. It stays there till I restart my computer (even sleep mode doesn't fix it..it goes to the windows login screen and then comes back)
It's with random windows to...one time it happened with a firefox menu, another time with a chrome menu, and this time thats the photoshop save as menu item you see there. I DONT EVEN HAVE PHOTOSHOP OPEN ANYMORE
Change your screen resultion and see if it goes away
Here's the deal, I found out by using task manager and killing dwm.exe it will go away but when I right click again it will come right back.

My first thought is that something is wrong with a registry setting, possibly due to malware. I've tried googling for a solution but nothing was relevant. If it happened to my computer, I would try a system restore to see if the menu dissapears. If it doesn't you might need to do a clean install of Windows 7 again; or tinker with the registry.

I had this problem all the time when I was using Windows 7 RC but it was gone on retail build.
