I'm in human physiology and we're supposed to treat this patient's high cholesterol. We had presentations on friday but our teacher wasn't satisfied with how to treat it. She has hypertension as well.
Groups suggested going with water pills and light medication, and another group went fully aggressive and went to surgery.
She had a silent heart attack, which implies a clot right? But she had no chest pain. So it was suggested she had stenosis, not thrombosis?
How would we go at treating the hypertension and the cholesterol? No diuretics cause that'll hurt the kidney right?
Any help would be appreciated.
Sounds like Lupus.
I agree with Pepsi-Cola.
It MUST be Lupus.
