The Lost Media Thread is all about discussing media, such as photos, music, videos, documentaries, animated movies & shows that have been lost either in time or by accident. Do you have a film or a piece of media that is lost that you think might be interesting to talk about? That's great, post it here. For example, a piece of lost media from a movie like the Black Cauldron by Disney, where twelve minutes of the whole movie were cut for being too graphic by Jeffrey Katzenburg who thought the scenes weren't family-friendly and were too dark, quite possibly the darkest and most graphic I have ever seen Disney go. The clips are considered lost because they have never seen the light of the day to the public and only a few animation cells and a second long clip seen in one of the original trailers showing a clip that wasn't featured in the movie.

Burning Sun was a demo recorded by Rivers Cuomo, frontman of Weezer, during the Green Album sessions more than a dozen years ago before being lost. Until resurfacing in the middle of last year, only an incomplete recording (50 seconds) was known to exist.
Doctor Who was hit pretty badly by the BBC's wiping phase in the 1970s. It's pretty sad to know that 97 episodes of one of the most iconic sci-fi TV shows are lost forever.
The best griefing video I've ever seen I found on here, but it was years ago, and I think the YouTube account it was posted on had been slammed, and it was never reuploaded anywhere I think.
It was CS 1.6 among other things, there were people flying on a magic carpet and a bunch of other shit and it had this as a backing track at one point. That's about all I remember of it. Quite tragic.
This may not be exactly what the topic's about buuut :v:
