Get rid of AH altogether. Do it like Diablo 2
As in not creating a separate gamemode

They can't, not anymore. Blizzard trapped themselves trying to be clever.
So, Blizzard is stuck in the pit, and they're officially trying to reach the other side of the planet now.
But it'll still be constantly online, so who gives a frogs fat ass.
But I like grinding for legendaries and selling them for cash
Really? Complicating the UI? That's your best excuse?

The AH is already there, and it's been fixed (hopefully). So just leave it at this point. If people don't want to use the AH then they don't have to. I don't because it doesn't really matter until later on in the game. It's not like I'm going to make money off of anything at level 30.
Anytime there is news for Diablo 3 I know there's never going to be any positive comments about it, yet I open the threads anyway. It's quite annoying, and worrisome.
I think it's great that they are considering making a "no Auction House" mode. As it is, if you don't want the AH, don't fucking use it. But people are dumb and complain about optional shit all the time. So by Blizzard considering another optional feature that disables the AH, good on them! They are trying to make their fans happy.
Honestly I still want Ladder to make a return. Because then the AH would be made useless every season.

For a game that tried to be a big and improved sequel to Diablo 2, the internet in general is disappointed at best with Diablo 3, and utterly spiteful of its mere existence at worst. I mean, any sequel causes controversy, but it seems Blizzard is overall considered to have dropped the ball with this one, even if it's fun to play at the least.

Blizzard made the mistake of thinking people wanted Diablo 3 rather than Diablo 2.5. You can't blame them, because that's often the case. However the Diablo franchise isn't one of those games that benefits from that.

So it's basically the Counter-Strike scenario, where the more strict veterans went batshit about Global Offensive's mere existence because it wasn't 1.6 with modern graphics?

It changed up a lot of stuff, doing some things wrong and other things right. I don't think it's as terrible as it's reputation amongst the internet vocal minority is made out to be, but at the same time it's a bit disappointing that I'm already bored of it when I played Diablo 2 for literally years.

Any hatred for anything on FP turns into just a bandwagon
Same thing happened to SWTOR, RIFT, APB, and EA
