I am pretty knowledgeable when it comes to knowing about computers and stuff like that but I really want to learn more and be up to date on things that are happening especially with computers. Is there a site that suits what i want or in other words can i subscribe to certain sites and they can email everything that is going on in the computer world?
No one site can teach you everything that there is to know about computers and technology.
My advice is to create your own news portal or group of feeds that you can use to stay up to date.
Personally, I use iGoogle (google.com/ig) as my homepage and create a separate block for different news feeds. This way, whenever I launch my web browser, I can scan my homepage and see if there have been any recent news stories, reviews or information.
Some of the websites I read this way include:
Dailytech - General Technology News
Engadget - Gadget News
Bit-Tech - Reviews, Guides
AnandTech - In-depth hardware analysis

Subscribing to a magazine, like Maximum PC, keeps you up to date in terms of news, products, and reviews; gives useful power-user tips; and sometimes developer insights; all wrapped in a witty "Kick-Ass" attitude.
Also Slashdot is good for a constant stream of tech news.

^^^ recommended for the fan boy in me
I just keep up with Gizmodo and Engadget -- although I don't really know that much about computers besides the regular GPU CPU crap with builds.
I need to learn much more about software and shit.
