He's impersonating Garry and he's a hacker who gives people a free "Yes, I am the real Garry" achievement.
And he's telling me about Steam ID hack which I never heard about it.

I ran into one of these guys earlier and got the achievement. No idea how they did it.
Several years ago (probably 2008) I went on random gmod servers named "garry :D" with the FP avatar and I got banned most of the time for impersonating Garry
