yeah, but they also have some publisher games on there

I don't think so. If you're a proper little studio you seem to be able to get onto Steam the usual way. Maybe Valve approached them?

I'm guessing it's both greenlight and normal games, they probably just wanted to differentiate the betas and alphas from finished games. I know Starforge was greenlit, but ARMA wasn't.

Some of them are greenlight, some of them are not.
