Netflix hasn't been working for me instead i get ERROR N8010

I have a "allow application storage" checked in silverlight, and "Allow local data to be set" checked in chrome.
I was never in private browsing as this picture said. If i try to open in firefox it also says i'm in private browsing mode.
I've also deleted all of my Netflix cookies and it still doesn't work.
Do what it tells you to do, call the number. Or disable private browsing in Firefox. You also could try other browsers.

I am not using private browsing in firefox, nor am i using incognito in chrome.
Delete the current application storage in silverlight settings, then restart the browser
still have the same error
