Anyone know how to fix this? There isn't any option to change refresh hertz to 60, which usually changes it to full screen and not like what is in the title. Is it in the config or just the game? I'd like to enjoy this beauty with full resolution :(.
Try turning off V-sync.
I don't think there is an option for it in the menu. I'm not sure. I thought v-sync was to deal with chopping in screen clarity or some shit?

Will try it, I'm in another game atm.. so unsure. Yeah, I was unable to change the properties in it.

Doesn't help my situation, there must be a way to change it in the user config =/
Recenter your screen (using the buttons on the screen) And V-sync always needs to be off unless you get 70+ FPS average in a game. If you get below 60 it chops the frames to 30fps. 59Fps becomes 30Fps 29Fps becomes 15.

Have a look at the options menu and see if there is an aspect ratio... If you have a widescreen set it to say 16:9 or 16:10, or if you have a standard box-monitor set it to 4:3 Letterbox if it is set to something else. This is a random guess based on the description of your issue.
