I'm trying to find an aftermarket cooler for my 4870x2 but it seems like the best ones are discontinued now. Anyone know where I can buy one?
Are you looking for one because of overheating or because you want to OC just a tad more than you can now?
They're discontinued because the card is two generations behind. Most manufacturers have moved onto the 6000 series, if they haven't drop support for the 5000 series yet.

Raise fan speeds or underclock then
I suggest you look at a new card. DX11, lower power requirements, and simply stronger cards makes it worthwhile.
Raise fan speeds or underclock then
It's the actual cooler that is the problem, the dust gets caught up in it all the time, I literally have to clean the whole thing out with compressed air every 2 weeks or it gets clogged up and overheats, and the stock cooler is a fucking bastard to clean. I wish my room was less dusty but there's nothing really I can do about that. Also I can't afford to buy a new graphics card just yet, this one certainly cost me enough.
Then add air filters near intake fans, it'll be a lot more effective and less expensive plus you'll have less stuff to clean in general

If dust is the problem, then filters would be the most inexpensive option and would keep the GPU free of dust in addition to the entire PC.
Good plan, I'll do that instead. Cheers.
