Because the version with the big fuck-off dragon statue wasn't premium enough.
needs a dragon dildo
Sooo, what the LE should have been?
I have the Dragon Statue. This disappoints me. Why? Because 200 dollars and all I got was an artbook and statue. A small statue mind you. This Premium edition is actually cool with a shirt I can wear in public and a lore book that probably sucks.

Wasn't the "statue" made out of PVC?
Who is the asshole who started this premium bullshit and season pass dlc thing anyways? It's like every video game companies are slowly doing this stupid thing. Premium maps, premium DLC. Having a premium package is shortchanging people who bought the game earlier. Sooner or later, every customers will NOT be buying games on launch day if they think the developer and publisher is going to come out with a premium or a better edition complete with all it's DLC , 6 months after the game's release.
If everyone starts to get smart, they will be waiting a year after the game is release in order to get all the DLC at a much discounted price.
I haven't got Skyrim yet, if this comes to Australia I might actually grab it.
The shirt.
It's basically a massive sign saying "I'M A NERD"

Maybe, but chances are only other nerds will know what it's a shirt of.
Like I occasionally see people wearing Assassin's Creed hoodies and stuff but you wouldn't be able to tell they were Assassin's creed hoodies if you didn't know a bit about the franchise.
Isn't that TES book supposed to suck?
It's TES without the gameplay, of course it's good.
I NEED THAT SHIRT.
how hard is it to print one ?
I'd rather buy official, even if it's more costly.

Not really, Skyrim brought in a massive fanbase of casual gamers. A ton of people I know play it, even those 'bro' football player types.
One of my ex-coworkers who was basically a late 30's junkie played Skyrim.
So many people I wouldn't ever expect to play Skyrim play Skyrim
