WP7: I can't press the letter "F" on my nokia lumia 800

I can't seem to press F in portrait mode, any solutions?
Is it everywhere? Search, apps etc? Or only in a specific few apps?
Also does it only happen intermittently?
yes, everywhere, only in portrait. Just found out some buttons won't even recognize the censor
For example adding details to a contact is impossible as when i press save it'll think I'm pressing cancel
Do you have a free drawing app you could install to determine if its the screen or something else.
You know, just run your finger across it making sure you get all of the screen, I havent heard of Lumias touch screens degradating before but it would be good just to check.
Try tapping on the canvas like you were using a keyboard and see if it shoots off etc.

I tried 2 apps but saved on one, interesting note on something like draw free idk all buttons, everything worked, on Fantasia Painter free 1 button out of 4 placed in the 2nd left area of the screen was unresponsive.

This is all really weird, other than backing up your data and reflashing your phone to factory settings I really cant suggest anything.
If problems continue and its under warrantee, take it in.

I just got the phone today, I'll see if there's a local Nokia shop around I'll take it in to see what they can do.

Seems like some of the issues are resolving themselves, I think the phone learns off my actions? I don't know but facebook is really responsive the keyboard issue is becoming less of an issue.

I'll give it 2 weeks and then make up my mind if I shout bring it in for repairs.
Okay so I think the issue is that some apps are really shit at stating the buttons you can press, the issue with saving stuff on some areas is annoying but it isn't everyday use. Typing in portrait not being able to select a few letters isn't really that bad since user dictionary corrects it 99% of the time.
