It's a good build, but I suggest swapping the F1 for an F3
F3 and swap the sparkle 460 for another brand, I don't know what site you're using so I don't know which they have
if possible get the MSI Cyclone

sparkle isn't a very good brand, mainly their support sucks but also their cards are of questionable build quality
basically there's a reason they're cheap

Not much, unless you play at a resolution above 1080p, at 1080p you should be fine.
