If you don't already own this game, it's worth it in every way. Nothing like tethering enemy soldiers to your supersonic jet and flying 10 miles with them flapping in the wind behind you, only to slap them against the side of the tallest building in the game.
The little I played of the Multiplayer mod was pretty fun too, so there is that. Assuming all the servers haven't degraded into GMOD RP grade things.
This game literally comes in boxes of cereal at this point. You should own it at a minimum just to install some mods a 99.9% completion save and fuck around, at that point install the free MP mod.
I bought it just for the MP mod (already had it on PS3 anyways) and was worth it.

One of the greatest open world games of all time.
I think this was the first game on Steam I maxed achievements for. Only because HL2 didn't get anything for a while.
