My current PC is an antiquated piece of shit, so I'm going to get a new GPU, case, PSU (maybe), and more RAM. I'm hoping to be able to run GTA IV and ArmA II at a steady 30 FPS minimum. I don't care about huge resolutions or 232523421x AA. I'd be glad to run it at a modest resolution (1280x720) with modest settings. Here's my current specs: nVidia GeForce 6600 GT 128 mb GDDR3. AMD Athlon 64 x2 4000+. Some Cooler master 460 watt PSU, can't remember the exact model but yeah. 1 gig DDR2 PC 5300, and 512 mb of the same. I'm honestly not sure what my motherboard is nor can I find any information on it, though it shouldn't bottleneck too much. Mobos from what I can gather take the longest to become outdated. Anyway though, here's what i'm going to get: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119204 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814134094 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371016 (or would my current PSU be good enough?) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820134192 Altogether that's $257.17, including shipping fees - Which is exactly what my planned budget is. All of this sound good? Any suggestions? I can't say i'm an expert, but I know enough. Pardon me if I say something or have something selected that's stupid though.

Save up for a new computer. Best option if you want to game.
Save up more and buy a new processor, motherboard, RAM and PSU.
