My computer doesn't actually go to sleep anymore. The screen goes off, but my computer is still on. I don't know when it started happening.
When i mean the screen goes off, i mean it no longer has a signal to the computer like it normally would when you shut off the computer or put it to sleep.
Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Power Options > Change when the computer sleeps.

Tried that, but it's not helping when i put it to sleep manually
Sing it a lullaby.
Do you have a wireless keyboard and mouse?
Unplug the mouse and keyboard..
If you have onboard wireless, try to disable allowing it to wake the computer and see if that works. In my case, I have a desktop with a wireless card but am using ethernet instead. I had the same issue, disabled the onboard wireless waking the pc and the issue was gone.
