Will Windows 7 work with an Intel GMA 3000 integrated graphics?

It's an HP small-form factor PC. Pentium D 3.2GHz, 2GB DDR2, and an Intel Q965/Q963 Express Chipset (Intel GMA 3000).
I know the processor and RAM is OK, but I don't know if the integrated graphics will be enough.
If the integrated can't handle 7, could someone recommend a cheap, low-profile graphics card which a 240 watt power supply can handle?
Thanks.

I found the answer, by myself.
The computer will run 7 successfully.
I'd still like some rec's on a low-profile graphics card though.
Low-profile?
If you can find an 8400GS that nobody wants, that'll be bloody fine.
I played TF2 on the damn thing for ages. All on low, naturally. But it uses next to nothing in terms of power and you can find them for 5 of whatever your currency is, even if it's yen.
Assuming the computer has PCI-E and has enough space for it. It's tiny though.
Also someone's going to come in and mention some low-end card you can pickup for 20$ on newegg, I just said 8400GS because I've had personal experience with it.
Get a 9400 at newegg fast, they're 19.99 today. It's low profile.
