This will be the best thing in the world.
Or it might suck. Somehow I doubt that.
An entire TV series made in the style of EVE Online's trailers?
There are no words to describe this.
It'd be cool if they work events created by players into the story. The battle of Asakai as a recent example.

I took that to mean stories that people posted on the website. I'm talking about events that have actually taken place in-game.
edit - Oh, I didn't click the link on the page. They're true stories submitted by users. I see.
This is exciting.
On a related EVE note, there sure is a lot of EVE news today in the News Node...

That's what they're doing, the user submitted stories are actual things that happened.

It's Eve Fanfest, the EVE convention type thing. The reason today moreso than the others is because the latest conference talked about a lot of stuff CCP has been doing that isn't gameplay.

It would be hard to play "accidentally pushing jump instead of portal" for drama because let's face it it's a really fucking dumb and hilarious mistake to make.
You could just play it as a jump drive malfunction.
I wonder how they're going to structure each episode, like are they going to have a big overarching thing that deals with big heists that lasts multiple episodes or if they're going to be a new story each episode.

True. That was just the most recent player-driven event I could think of. You get the idea though.

So then you play it as a fucking dumb and hilarious mistake to make.
If you want to play it for drama, show things from the perspective of the hundreds of highly-qualified crew on-board that titan who have to live or die with the consequences of a capsuleer's fucking dumb mistake.
