• Browsers being extremely slow.

So whenever I open any web browser (I've tested Chrome, IE, and Firefox), they take at least 10 seconds to open, and any time I go to a webpage it takes at least 15 seconds for the webpage to load. This just started like a week ago. My main browser is Chrome and I've tried clearing all of my history and disabling all my extensions but the issue persists. I don't think a re-install would fix it because I tested IE and Firefox and they both do the same thing, so it has to be a problem with windows. Everything I've found in Google was "re-install chrome/clear your history". Just as a side note I already know it's not a slow connection problem. When I click chrome it takes about 10 seconds before the Chrome window even opens, and when I go to a website it just sits there with a blank white background, then everything instantly pops in after about 15 seconds. Everything on the webpage moves at normal speeds, like going to different boards and stuff.
Either a background process taking up resources, a virus or some corrupted file in windows. Scan for viruses, and check nothing is using a large amount of CPU or memory in the background (especially when the browser is loading)
I got to the point where I just reformatted. It's working now, but I'll still scan. Thanks.
