• Can't forward ports - really irritating.

I can set the ports I want forwarded on my router to whatever I want, and they still WILL NOT forward. It's really fucking annoying. But some ports, like port 80 for instance, will be magically open. For example, I want to forward port 27015 for Garry's Mod. Here's what my router settings look like: With 192.168.3.102 being my DHCP address for my computer on the router. But yet, I go to a port tester and it'll tell me "Port 27015 is closed on [My IP]." WHY? Remember how earlier i said port 80 would stay open no matter what? What I mean by that is I can change ports 80-80 on the settings to something like 40 and 60, and it will still be open. I've tried DMZ too, and it still doesn't work. What gives?
Turn off the firewall.
Have you tried it with GMod running? When I forward ports on my router for some reason they don't show as open until a program starts using them (e.g. utorrent).
