I got a new motherboard (ASUSTeK Computer INC. M3A78-EM Rev X.0x) and a CPU (AMD Phenom 8750 Triple-Core Black Edition) with my christmas money, I OC'd the CPU to 3ghz but it got a little unstable, so I went to lower it a little to maybe 2.8 when I noticed the mulitplier is now locked, and it no longer says its black edition. Now even Belarc Advisor doesn't say its black edition when it did before.
Any help/suggestions on... making it black edition again?

Just noticed the Technical Support sub-form. Move please? :(
Also just checked and HWmonitor still says it's Black, which just raises my eyebrow a little more.

Why does it matter? Black Edition basically just gives you an overclock, a GPU casing repaint, and sometimes a game bundle. It dosen't matter shit if it says so or not.

It does if it somehow went from being a BE processor to being locked again.

A GPU casing repaint? He's talking about a CPU, not a GPU, learn to read the OP before you post.

Like what?
Also, would one of the many drivers I had to update be to blame? One of the ones that has to do with the motherboard?
