my motherboard temps reading keeps going from 0c to 64c and then back to 0c, is this something i should be worrying about? i think it may just have a busted temp reader, because everything else in my system is running ~30c, and i am using a HAF-X case.
Stick your hand in there and feel it... if you think the temp sensor is busted, it's really the only gauge you have.
all the heatsinks are not even remotely hot, and i think thats where the majority of the heat would go, no? [editline]8th April 2011[/editline] i mean, there warm, but certainly not a hundred and fucking forty degrees.
Then it should be fine. yes if its hot the heatsink should fell like its burning hot.
there were 3 heatsinks on the board, all were kinda warm (near the bottom) at the top they were all at least room temp if not cool to the touch
If you're talking about the AUX/Assembly temperatures in HWMonitor, they're most likely way off.
Most aux temperature sensors arrent even there and just show random numbers.
I had that too it showed me 81c what i did was that i took my whole pc apart and build it together again after that it says it runs at 53c idk why.
