I was using my wireless mouse on my laptop normally this morning in school. After shortly leaving my laptop in stand-by I returned to find that I could no longer control the cursor with my wireless mouse.
I restarted my computer thinking that it wasn't moving because my computer had froze, but upon restart I once again found that my wireless mouse did not work.
My wireless mouse is still emitting light when turned on, and because of this I assume it still has power and is not in need of a battery change. Even if it would be, I will not have new batteries available until my return home.
I have tried to turning my mouse on and off, to no avail.
I have tried pulling out and plugging back in the usb, but to no avail.
Finally, I have tried to reset my mouse drives to an earlier state, and then updating the drives to latest.
My wireless mouse is still inactive, is there anyone that might know what else could be done to fix this?
