Its $149 for the GTX 550 Ti, think its worth it to upgrade from a 5770?
get a gtx 460 768mb faster, and the same price, 550 ti is a rip [editline]3rd April 2011[/editline] there's also the 6850 for like $165 which is better than both
Not really worth it, might as well buy another 5770 and crossfire, what's your budget and where are you?
USA, and there is not really a budget. Im just looking for a way to upgrade my pc. Specs Intel Core i5 760 @ 2.80 GHz (LGA 1156) 4GB DDR3 1333 HIS HD Radon 5770 23" Asus Monitor @ 1920x1080 19" HP Monitor @ 1440x900
If you have two PCI-E slots at 8x/8x then getting another 5770 is probably the best bet, if not then get a 5870 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125316&cm_re=5870-_-14-125-316-_-Product, or a 6870 (they both are pretty equal, 6870 uses less power I think and does better in DX11 as well as in crossfire) I guess? And if you do just upgrade it maybe I can take the 5770 off your hands for a fair price :D
This is the card. PM me if you think you would be interested in it. Do you live in the states? Also I think I have all the original packaging/pieces. I have had it for a year on the 16th and i paid $184 new.

The HD6850/70 are more on par with the HD5830/50 than the HD5870. The HD5870 is faster in most situations due to more shaders, TMUs and memory bandwidth. The HD6870 is better in DX11 though, but there aren't that many DX11 games yet. I'd only get the HD6870 to use in CF.

Maybe you just dont play any DX11 games? Infact, Im sure somebody is developing a DX11 game right now :V

So, what would you guys suggest? The 6870 has an attractive price tag. On a side note, I would not mind watching blu-ray on my computer. Anyone know much about the drives for computers? I do use an HDMI cable but only for video.
Might as well just go for this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131389&cm_re=6950-_-14-131-389-_-Product or http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125316&cm_re=5870-_-14-125-316-_-Product&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&AID=10446076&PID=3640869&SID=skim629X1198Xeab038ecb9b92539d90087ac9b5f17ad
