it really worries me since this PC is only 4 days old.
Does it stop if you hold the fan with your finger?
Yup. So. What do i do? Do i need to clean them or something?
Sounds more like one is out of balance/dying. An RMA may be a better choice unfortunately.
I just found out that the gpu fan starts making that noise as soon as it hits 73% speed. but it stops after a while. is there really no way to fix it instead of sending it back?

Nope its just unbalanced or has a shoddy bearing. Nothing you can really do about that.
This can happen when you blow at the fan with compressed air or use a vacuum cleaner to clean it.
Or just at random when its badly made or worn down.
If its stil under warranty. (some suppliers have up to 3 years) send it back.

If its not under warranty you can buy another fan+heatsink for it.
