Multiple (different) BSODs, no idea whats causing them, Help me!

Ever since I built my computer I've been getting BSODs around 5-6 times a week. I have no idea whats causing them as I could have fucked up in a huge variety of ways. I get the following 2 errors, usually but not always when playing vidya;
"A process or thread crucial to system operation has unexpectedly exited or been terminated"
or
"Kernel data inpage error"
I have the following setup:
Asus P8Z68 pro
i5 2500k 3.3ghz (Not overclocked)
4gb single channel DDR 3
Evga gtx 570
Ocz agility 60gb SSD (sata 3)
Spinpoint f3 HDD
Thanks in advance.
Failing RAM or hard drive, check SMART data and use Memtest
RAM is either failing or at the wrong timings
When it comes to BSOD's, I just resit everything like the lazy bastard I am.
Surprisingly enough it has fixed all of my hardware related BSOD's.
Let memtest run for around half an hour, report back.
Ram is bad causing random things to crash and cause a BSOD

I'll get a blank CD tomorrow and try memtest, but I think it might also be something to do with drivers.
Try booting into startup recovery and if that BSODs as well it's your RAM.
You're not running RAM in dual channel?
I only have 1 stick
FYI when I was getting "Kernel data inpage error" it was because the page file was sitting on bad sectors, and then my hard drive failed. Please check your SMART.

How do I check it?
I recommend SpeedFan because of the online analysis.
HDTune should be able to do that.
A bad PSU can also cause BSODs, might want to check that too.
I did memtest for 30min, got 1 pass 0 errors. I think i can rule out the ram.
Also occasionally (2-3 times a week) the motherboard wont POST, it just stays at the ASUS screen until I turn it off.

SMART data

Click the online analysis button
Check your hard drive (that's your SSD there)
Also you should run Memtest overnight, 10 hours should do it, 30 mins doesn't cut it.
Ill do memtest again tonight
Here is the analysis of the hard disk

Is that the SSD or your hard disc?
Hard disk
Fair enough, see if memtest gives you any reds in the morning, otherwise I have no idea what's wrong.
Write down the errors on the Bsods and look em up on google, thats whatI usually do.
