Think creatively! I wish that I had a life sized Louis robotic thing that would dispense my medicine into a pill bottle he's holding every day. Then maybe have a way for it to tell if I'm in a bad mood, and if I was in a bad mood he'd be holding the lid shut and give me a dirty look and say, "My pills." until I smile. Your things don't have to be realistic, just something you'd legitimately want.
