Either Quake or Wolfenstein TNO. DOOM soundtrack is pretty damn good too, but not as memorable, to me at least, for some reason.

Half-Life soundtrack is awesome and nostalgic, but definitely not my favorite.
Shadow of the Colossus.
One final effort, and I've never played any Halo games.
Path of Exile and The Witcher 3 have among the best soundtracks I've heard in recent times. Honorable mention to the track Remember the Dead from Grim Dawn.

Honourable mentions to other Persona games, Pokemon Black & White, Command & Conquer Red Alert Retaliation. Steins;Gate is also technically a game, so I'll mention that as awesome study music.
Dishonourable mention to Faster than Light. It's honestly great but I absolutely despise phone calls and I used Civil Battle as my ringtone years ago, so that note at the [URL="https://youtu.be/xjqZS4q9Dq8?t=57s"]1:01[/URL] mark makes me crawl in my skin even if I hear it outside the context of that song.

Metal Gear Rising
Portal 2, Undertale, DOOM 2016, Mass Effect 2, Hotline Miami 1 and 2. Probably Hotline Miami games as I'm now actively trying to go to all performances of some artists that contributed to soundtrack

With music its really hard to say what is your 'favorite' since your taste switches all over the place.
Anyway at the moment i love the Hitman Blood Money soundtrack and the Dungeon Keeper 1 + 2 OST.
Bastion is the first that comes to mind.

The Last of Us ost was masterfully crafted, and the Red Dead Redemption entire soundtrack was genious
The soundtrack for Mass Effect original trilogy (Mass effect 1, 2, and 3) all are pretty great.
The Half life, Portal, Doom, Wolfenstein, Witcher, Elder Scrolls, Fallout (Mainly the classic Fallout games), Metal gear, Deus ex, Halo (Mainly the Halo games developed by Bungie), FTL, and the Metro games also have good soundtracks.

Jesper Kyd is a friggin' Genius. Kane and Lynch's Dead Man Theme is golden.
Persona 5, Nier: Automata and Pyre have all nailed it this year for me.

I love it because it's the track that made me start Nay. One day my brother was playing nay and i heard the same sample. Really, it probably is Silent Hill 1, nothing I'd want to listen to outside of the game but it works so well in the game.
Also love the soundtrack of basically every Zelda and Final Fantasy game.
