The mug mystery - General - Facepunch Forum

Hello Facepunch! At the office at my work we have this mug... It's not a normal mug, but a coffee mug with portraits and names. The portraits is mostly of men, but also have a few women on it. The big mystery is: Who are these people, and why are they on this mug?! We tried searching the net for the names in different combinations and such, but without result. Note: The names seems a bit Dutch, but we are not sure. Try and get a nice cropped photo of some of the faces, upload them and reverse google image search them.

They're obviously the previous owners of the mug! When you die, it claims your soul and stores it in the mug. Your name and image are magically added to the list. Hurry! Shatter it and free them!

The actual picture isn't analyzed (besides some very simple stuff), instead the search results are based on the context of the searched image. So no, that wouldn't work.

Well the pictures are very unprofessionally done so this is a custom made mug. Most likely it's past workers or something like a retirement mug or something to celebrate someone. So it's really just a personal mug someone had made.
