My friend is giving me his old computer, which has a q6600 and an 8800GT. It's only got one hard drive and no LEDs and just two fans. But it's all running on a no-name 300w psu and I plan to purchase a new psu for it.
I live in Canada and would prefer to use newegg.ca
I just want a reliable power supply that can run that easily, preferably >500w as I may upgrade the graphics card later. I'd like to keep it under $90 if possible.
So far I'm looking at this one: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371015
But I'm not really good at power supplies and I'd like to buy one that is more affordable. Thanks.
Try The GrEEn NeOn
Or I'm thinking I may get this: http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=33041&promoid=1033
It's $89.57 with shipping and handling.
