So I was doing this program called insanity over the summer.
When school started, between work and school I sort of lost the time and energy to do this insanity program. So I stopped and plan to restart it when I get my shit balanced.
But, in the mean time, should I do something like the 100 push ups program just to gain a bit of muscle and drop a few pounds, or should I just not do anything and eat better?
eat better, make sure to eat breakfast, do cardio instead to get leaner, like run or cycle everyday, and sleep 8 hours a day.

Well, I could get up at 4 am daily and do that.
How long should I run? Like a mile and back? I don't really have a lot of endurance.
well, start off little at first, like just around the block before or after school, then slowly work up as much as you can.
