Go with the 8320, it's only a 400mhz clock speed difference and not worth the extra $50 for the 8350
The 8320 and 8350 are the same thing, just lower clockspeed really. Buy the 8320 and s Cooler Master 212 heatsink and you can overclock it beyond 4GHz. It will be cheaper too.
Right before I get the 8320, the 8350 has a '8MB level 3 cache' and the 8320 has a '8MB level 2 cache'. What does this mean?
Both processors have 8 MB L3 cache, it's probably a typo on the product page. Both of those CPUs are the same die, it's just the 8320 was binned at a lower speed than the 8350 was.
