CPU Upgrade... What should I go for? (200$ budget)

I currently have this mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131651
CPU: Phenom II x4 995: 4 Cores running at 3.20 GHz.
Can I even go six cores? Well if I can... what is the best AMD Cpu for my 200$ budget that would work with my mobo?
The reason for upgrade is that I think my CPU currently bottlenecks my GTX 570 Fermi. Anyway an upgrade would be nice.
On a $200 dollar budget, you could either go for a 3.6 AMD Phenom x4 975 @ 3.6ghz base clock speed

Or you could go for the Phenom x6 1045T @ 2.7ghz base clock speed.

As it's an AM3 and not AM3+ motherboard you can't go for the FX Bulldozer processors, but you can still get decent CPU's.
Which would you recommend? Also would that stop the bottle-necking problem? (if any)
Also it doesn't have to be from newegg. Just putting that out there. C:

I know, but Newegg would probably be more useful for you than the English websites I'd end up linking you to :v:
I'd go for the Phenom II x4 975BE, get a decent aftermarket cooler and overclock, if you're using it for gaming. Although even at stock speeds I don't think it would bottleneck, so even if you don't overclock you should be fine.
A PII X4 955 is not bottlenecking a GTX 570. Here's some CPU scaling with the 580. The GPU doesn't have near enough power to make the CPU the issue. Maybe a 570 SLI setup. MAYBE.

Just get an aftermarket cooler and overclock it.
So how would a http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103935
and an aftermarket cooler sound (About the aftermarket cooler my power unit is about 500, is that good enough with the graphics card and the new processor?)

There's no point. The 980 is the exact same CPU as yours but clocked higher. You are not having any bottlenecking issues, therefore a CPU upgrade is not the way to go to increase performance. Even if it were there's no point in buying the same product again that ships with a higher clock when you can do it yourself.
Will the 500 PSU do good enough for future overclocking?
Yzooo, if you are going to give dumb ratings all over, then contribute.
