• Difference between 1333MHz and 1600MHz RAM

Is there any notable difference in performance between 1333MHz and 1600MHz memory? We're talking 8GB here, in case that's having an impact on the usefullness of either frequency.
A lot of motherboards require overclocking to run 1600mhz memory. I would stick with the 1333 just to be safe. [editline]01:40PM[/editline] Otherwise there really isn't much of a difference.
Doesn't really matter at that point, but timings do
267MHz difference.
As AlphaSpida said, there's more importance in the memory timings than the clocks.. And agreeing with GunFighterJ, most Mobo's I know of need some err, adjusting to run a full 1600Mhz, so it's probably better to stick with 1333Mhz
