Is there any notable difference in performance between 1333MHz and 1600MHz memory? We're talking 8GB here, in case that's having an impact on the usefullness of either frequency.
A lot of motherboards require overclocking to run 1600mhz memory. I would stick with the 1333 just to be safe.

Otherwise there really isn't much of a difference.
Doesn't really matter at that point, but timings do
267MHz difference.
As AlphaSpida said, there's more importance in the memory timings than the clocks..
And agreeing with GunFighterJ, most Mobo's I know of need some err, adjusting to run a full 1600Mhz, so it's probably better to stick with 1333Mhz
