• ASUS Build Quality

Since I'm now forced to hop around locations I want to play stuff on the go. The things I was looking for in this notebook were some med-low level gaming performance (will run Black Cocks high settings, 36 fps) and anyway, here is my question: How's the build quality of ASUS laptops? How long will they last if i treat them with relatively good care? I got the Asus G73 almost a year ago and it's still going strong and I haven't had a single problem. A friend of mine also got one and as far as I know his is doing fine as well.
Well if you are not rage smashing it, im sure it will last for a long while.
ASUS makes quality product, and have lowest failure rates right now.
Well if you are not rage smashing it, im sure it will last for a long while.
My current laptop is 15 inches and is falling to pieces after great care. Obscure computer brands will fuck you every time sadly. a.) Screen will have a seziure every once in awhile and must be tilted to almost mathematical angles. b.) Almost never charges. Only when it feels like it. c.) Shuts itself down when playing things like TF2 sometimes because of dust in the fan. The reason I'm not going to repair this one is that it's not one (in this case 3) problem. It's the whole damn thing. It's like cheap plastic vs. real metal. From day one, if you were to put light pressure on the centre of the back of the screen where logos (DELL) and such usually go, the screen would bend. :(
I got the Asus G73 almost a year ago and it's still going strong and I haven't had a single problem.
