Hello, dear Fp'er. What i need is simple, i want someone to give me a list of what i should buy for my next PC. Budget? 1200 Canadian Dollars. Specifications : 1) I need a Gamer Keyboard/mouse. 2) Monitor included. 3) Shipping included, must not go over 1250$. 4) Need to be shipped pretty quick (For next week). 5) I WILL play games, but i don't need the most kick-ass graphic card ever. I will change the GC in 2 years, so i need something that'll be good'ish 'till then. Thanks guys, if you need any info's, just ask, i'll be there all day.
1200 CAD isn't exactly cheap, you good have a moderate gaming build for at least $200 less

(I was thinking about the Saitek Cyborg one.) Other than that, it looks pretty awesome.
Would you even overclock your CPU? If not, you don't need a 2500k.
Would you even overclock your CPU? If not, you don't need a 2500k.
I would do it eventually, in time. The key word of this pc is : Long-lasting. I need it to last a lonnng time.
It won't let me add the saitek cyborg, I'll find it on Amazon.CA if that's okay? [editline]14th January 2011[/editline]
I would do it eventually, in time. [editline]14th January 2011[/editline] Then I suggest putting most of your money into the PC and not into a cool mouse and keyboard
Well, i need a quality keyboard and a quality mouse. But also, i need it for gaming. I trust you to tell me what would be the best :buddy: (I play both RPG's and FPS)
You don't need a good KB and mouse to play games, until recently I used a Microsoft Intellimouse, which are basic 400 dpi mouses, and there's really nothing wrong with it. Personally, I've been getting pretty annoyed having a gaming mouse and having to change sensitivitys so often because certain games don't allow you do lower the sensitivity enough to use a high DPI. I'll do what I can, though. [editline]14th January 2011[/editline] Well, all the Saitek stuff is out of stock so I don't know what to do.

I've see the CoolerMaster Sentinel some time ago, Would it be good ?

Personally haven't ever had a problem with any sidewinder stuff. You could go a little more on the mouse, since there's about $20 of the budget remaining, but the components are all solid - go ahead and look for your own mouse/kb in the budget if you want.
There's 2 Keyboard and no CD Drive :ohdear:
Woops. http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827106289
You should get a bigger PSU so that you can crossfire later, maybe this http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817256035
You should get a bigger PSU so that you can crossfire later, maybe this http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817256035
I won't Crossfire, but thanks anyway :downs: [editline]14th January 2011[/editline] Oh, great Shadaez, can you change the Video Card for a cheaper one, about 150 to 200$? Thanks :buddy: Update Would that be a good one? http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130591
He's only filling up the budget, and anyway SLi/crossfire is a far better alternative than buying one new card
GTX 460 SE is a terrible card [editline]14th January 2011[/editline] go for a 6850
Yeah, a 6850 is the best option, then. http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121419&cm_re=6850-_-14-121-419-_-Product
Please tell me you're not the OP.
A quick tip, look at the name of the person :P!
A quick tip, look at the name of the person :P! [editline]15th January 2011[/editline] Well, would it be possible to get the 140$ that we took off the Video card and put it on a better RAM??
The RAM is fine. I'm using the exact same one. It looks pretty nice, too. You're not going to get anything better. Do you want 8GB for some dumb reason? It's really unnecessary. I really suggest that you just get a 6950 if you want the computer to last longer, it's the best thing for your budget.
I'm acutally in Compter science at school, and we're starting 3D and things like that soon. I just tought ram would be a good idea :ohdear:

You could always buy 2 more sticks of the same RAM in the future if you wanted 8GB, but you'll find 4GB is plenty.
Sorry, I sounded a little rude now. You could always buy 2 more sticks of the same RAM in the future if you wanted 8GB, but you'll find 4GB is plenty.
Okay. Well, i'll take the 6850 and buy other things with the 150$ like External Hard drive, mic, Headphone and a webcam. Thanks a lot Shadaez!
Okay. So i need to confirm... If i'm taking what Shaedez told me, (With the 6850), would it be totally compatible and will it works perfectly? I don't want it to expload when i turn it on :ohdear:
