• How do you make custom themes?

I would like to make my own theme for windows 7, but I just don't wanna change colour of the Aero windows and the background, I also want to make my own style of the windows themselves like the X and whatever, could someone help me?
There's software such as Ave's Windows Style Builder (isn't free, http://vistastylebuilder.com) and Window Blinds (isn't free, subscription, http://stardock.com) You can also use a resource hacker such as Restorator http://bome.com (not free), Anolis Resourcer http://anolis.codeplex.com/, or Resource Hacker http://www.angusj.com/resourcehacker/. I've spent many hours with WSB (partial dev) and Resource hacking creating one decent theme and helping many other themers with their works. Just a note that a lot of things aren't possible with the resource hacking method and is significantly harder and more time consuming.
I have a windows 7 x64 bit version of windows.
