I was sitting down when I spilt water on my keyboard. About 14 hrs ago. Some keys still don't work. Such as B V' F1. This is urgent for as it is a laptop keyboard.
Are you able to take the keys out?
Yes.
Take the keys out, clean up all the sticky stuff and clean the bottom of the keys, then put them back in.
Are you using an on-screen keyboard or something? how did you type the letters B V' F1 on this thread?
You don't type f1. Most likely used an onscreen keyboard or plugged one in
Just open the keyboard and let the plastic sheet dry out, while it's open take the nonelectronic parts and wash them in the dishwasher or something, you just got a bit of water in the plastic membrane and it's causing a short.
