Hey guys,
I remember watching this movie way back when I was younger, early 2000's I think.
It's about some benefit concert in Africa I think??? These people are tasked with finding famous musicians to play at the concert and this big star was scheduled, problem is no one knew or ever heard of this guy. The story was about following this unknown super star.
He was a Bob Dylan looking guy.
I forget the name but would like to revisit this movie. Anyone happen to know?

i think there was a rodriguez documentary way back in the 90s tho.
or maybe it was just a live recording.
