First screenshot looks awful with all that bloom. Other than that it looks pretty nice.

You just fucked up with the mod because you didn't do some necessary tweaking to get the textures to work correctly.
Edit: Also this "mod" is SA retextured with a shitty enbseries config slapped on top.
GTA IV: San Andreas is out soon, think I'll just get that.
You can only make something look so good without having to modify the game engine itself.

It does look amazing I just hate the bloom.
the only problem with these HD mods for San Andreas is that it really fucks up how the LOD loads. If you go to fast or look away, the LOD has to take a second to reload so you're constantly seeing blocky and blurry roads and buildings
Some of the models look like they were taken from GTA4

To be honest I don't find it that good looking. I mean, even the vanilla GTA IV looks much better.
Its so gloomy and sad, doesn't really fit into San Andreas.

It has the potential to look really good, it just needs to take the extra shit off.
I can't tell if those are real.
I know there are a bunch of animations made in Endorphin, but those look like they blend seamlessly with the previous animation. Plus they're bad. You can make some really good ragdoll type deathes in Endorphin, but those suck, making me believe it's an actual coded ragdoll system, albeit crappy.
