Reformatting and want to keep Firefox bookmarks/cookies/add-ons

So my question is can I find all of my bookmarks/cookies/add-ons for firefox in one place? So I can put then on my USB drive then reformat.
For bookmarks:

You could copy your profile folder to a flash drive, I guess.
Your profile located in: C:\Users\*Username*\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles
For cookies:

firefox keeps backups of your bookmarks just search around your program files folder

I don't think you know what a reformat is, a reformat is when someone completely wipes the hard drive (that thing that stores the data) and installs a new OS (Operating System) Thus he would not be able to get the backups.
