Hello I have this old power supply and I want to check if it works with this graphic card.
This is the graphics card:

This is the power supply:
400W
+3.3V +5V +12V -5V -12V +5VSB
14A 28A 18A 0.5A 0.8A 2A
The CPU is a: Intel Celeron
Willamette 0.18um Technology (Pentium 4)
Do you think it will work??
VERY URGENT
thanks.
It depends what the make of it is.
it is something close to this:

"Close to this"
How close?
Are you sure it's the same Brand/Model? or does it just look the same?
It uses 142 watt on load and 90 watt on idle.
It should work, however that celeron will ruin everything and it probably won't go much faster than it did before.
You are better off saving up and getting a new computer.
