would you guys change this in some way while still it being between 300-400 euros? http://pcpartpicker.com/user/dudebox666/saved/3d5K
Would I change something? This is actually one of the worst builds I've ever seen. I honestly mean no offense but money is poured in all the wrong places. I wouldn't expect this to run minesweeper at playable framerates. Pentium processors are absolute shit. There is no need for an aftermarket cooler on this. That RAM is very expensive. That HDD is going to be horribly slow, and you are going to have to boot off of it; trust me, I've experienced booting off of a 5400 RPM drive, and it's not healthy for your sanity. The GT 620 can not be trusted to do more than render the desktop. There's no need for a wired network adapter. There's no need for extra case fans, especially not extremely high end ones. That's an IED PSU and a REDICULOUSLY high wattage one at that. Why the hell do you think you need 700 watts? I can't see this thing realistically go above 200. Here's a different build: PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 945 3.0GHz Quad-Core Processor ($80.98 @ SuperBiiz) Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2 Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($47.49 @ Newegg) Memory: GeIL EVO Veloce Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($68.99 @ Newegg) Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($59.99 @ NCIX US) Video Card: PNY GeForce GTX 650 Ti 1GB Video Card ($124.99 @ Amazon) Case: Rosewill FBM-02 MicroATX Mini Tower Case ($21.99 @ Newegg) Power Supply: Corsair Builder 430W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($39.99 @ Amazon) Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit) ($88.98 @ OutletPC) Total: $533.40 (Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.) (Generated by PCPartPicker 2013-12-22 11:21 EST-0500) It's much, much, much, much, much, much, much, much, much faster. It's cheaper if you replace the 1 TB HDD with this http://pcpartpicker.com/part/seagate-internal-hard-drive-st3320413as although I would just pay the extra for the 1 TB drive because it will be faster. Things won't directly translate into European parts. Some vendors won't have these parts, and some different parts might have better value (for example, you might find some cheaper RAM that's still 2 x 4GB with heat spreader which you should go for).
