The only way to get my net back is by unplugging the router and plugging it back in. Any ideas on how I can fix this? Never mind turns out I just had to many connections.
I used to have this problem a while back, turned out to be my anti-virus program. Try disabling it then launch µTorrent

When you are in a torrent swarm, the torrent creates hundreds or thousands of connections to other computers, which fill up the ARP table in the router. The problem is that most home hardware routers have a really small fixed number of slots in the ARP table, which are quickly filled and don't allow any other connections in or out. The only two ways to solve this problem are to limit the number of total connections like you did, or buy/build a router that allows more ARP entries.
